Established in 1982, the Kappa Alpha Order Educational Foundation (KAOEF) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The Foundation provides grants for educational programs of the fraternity, such as the Number I’s Leadership Institute and enhanced Province Councils, and provides scholarships to deserving graduate and undergraduate students. The KAOEF funds all educational programs and scholarships with donations contributed by KA alumni. The Foundation asks alumni to contribute to the KAOEF annually, and it is through their generosity that these programs, which benefit our undergraduate brothers, are supported. Mulberry Hill is the home of Kappa Alpha Order and the Kappa Alpha Order Educational Foundation (KAOEF). Located on the western edge of Lexington, Virginia, it is one of the town’s chief historic homes and forms a scenic backdrop for the Lexington Historic District and Washington & Lee University.
